Discovery call
Every project starts with a discovery call. We’ll discuss who you are, what problems you’re experiencing and what you’d like to have. It’s also the time where we outline our goals, timing and budget.
Proposal call
After the discovery call, you’ll receive a tailored proposal with clear deliverables before the design work begins. We discuss the terms of service, what to do when the project becomes bigger than anticipated and other such topics.
First deadline
The first deadline delivers the work we have previously agreed on. I’ll be sending the project through the communicated channels like email, in person or Google Drive. This is also the perfect moment for our first feedback moment.
Revised deadline(s)
After the initial feedback, I provide 1 more round of feedback for the agreed project. This way we respect each other’s time and resources.
Delivery
We deliver the project to you in the way we discussed. Usually with small little extras to show our appreciation.

Hi, I’m Robin, a multidisciplinary designer based in Brussels. MonMon is my independent creative studio — for now, a one-person business. When you work with MonMon, you work directly with me, from the first conversation to the final details.
I bring together digital design, branding and illustration to help people give their ideas a clear, recognisable form. I like work with personality, backed by thoughtful decisions and attention to the people who will use it.
I graduated in Digital Design from PXL Hogeschool. My experience spans visual identities, websites, design systems, editorial work and creative workshops, with accessibility as part of the design process.
